A QR code on your prescription pad. The reports come back to you.

You order a test. The patient goes to whichever lab is near. The report reaches you when it is ready, in your name, without the patient carrying paper or forwarding a photo. If they come back with a report from a hospital across town, one scan brings it in.

What the scan does for a doctor

At the visit

The patient scans your code once. From then on, reports ordered by you arrive in your MedProof inbox and, if you like, in your HMS.

Records from elsewhere

A patient with a discharge summary or an old report in their wallet shares it with you for the visit. When the visit is over the access ends, unless they choose otherwise.

Emergencies and dependants

A parent scans for a child, a son for an elderly mother. An emergency doctor can be given what is needed under the Act's medical-emergency provision, and the patient sees it afterward.

Works with the software you have, or without any

If you run an HMS, MedProof-peer sits beside it and passes records in and out; appointments, billing and notes stay where they are. If you have nothing but a phone, MedProof gives you what you need: a code for the pad and an inbox where reports arrive in your name.

Your staff ask in plain language; MedProof drafts the notice and checks the consent.

From a single room to a full hospital

The same code works on a prescription pad and at a hospital front desk. A single practice gets an inbox for reports. A hospital with an HMS gets MedProof-peer beside it, so discharge summaries, lab results and imaging reports reach the patient and the referring doctor with the consent attached, and every access is checked and recorded.

A doctor seeing 600 patients a month pays about ₹1,000. Most single practices stay under the free tier for the first months.
