Put a QR code on your wall. Health records follow the patient.

MedProof is a utility for moving health records with the patient's consent. A lab, a doctor or a clinic puts up one code. The patient scans it. Consent, delivery, withdrawal and proof happen from that scan, beside the software you already use.

The MedProof QR code. It scans.
Scan it. It works.

Say yes once. Your report reaches your doctor before you do.

With MedProof, a patient who agrees at the lab has Monday's blood test waiting with Wednesday's doctor. A discharge summary from one hospital opens at the next, because the patient chose to share it. In an emergency, the treating doctor sees what the patient takes, and the patient sees afterwards that it was shown.

Today, none of that happens.

The report is printed or sent on WhatsApp, and the lab has no record of who received it. The discharge summary stays in one hospital's folder. The patient carries the paper, or the doctor works without it. India has 272,000+ small facilities and no simple way for a record to move between them with the patient's permission.

  1. The facility's notice screen showing its QR code

    The facility shows its code.

  2. A patient's phone scanning the QR code

The patient scans it and reads what is being asked, in their language.

  3. The consent request screen with one approve button

One tap says yes. The consent is signed and recorded.

  4. The patient's view after withdrawing a consent

The patient can withdraw it later. Access ends.

The record itself stays with the lab or clinic that made it. MedProof moves the permission and the copy, never the master.

The scan, at the counter

The patient's phone camera opens the notice. No app is needed for the first scan. What they agree to, and for how long, is written down and signed before the receptionist moves on.

No software to buy, no setup fee, no contract length. The patient never pays.

A doctor doing twenty consultations a day pays about the cost of one consultation a month.

MedProof never stores a patient's health record on its servers and never holds a key that can open one. Every consent is written to a register that cannot be edited, and every time a record is opened the consent is checked again. Read how it works

A connector beside your LMS or HMS, not a replacement

MedProof-peer takes finished reports from the software you already run and sends them where the patient has agreed. If you have no software, it gives you just enough to issue a report the patient can own. Your staff keep working the way they do now.
